Mike Bowler listed our house on January 25th. He applied much enthusiasm, expertise, & diligience in making sure the listing was placed out in the market. It was in the local real estate magazine, Coldwell Banker's website, & various other national real estate websites. A virtual tour along with an explicit description of the house was wonderfully done. We had numerous showings right away & within 3 weeks had a firm offer and we closed on April 1st.
